For over 20 years, CzechTrade has been helping Czech companies promote their products and services in international markets. When presenting at foreign exhibitions or other events, it's crucial that our colleagues in international offices have convenient and seamless access to all marketing materials. This includes logos, flyers, brochures, and booth graphics—all in multiple languages. We needed a functional solution to maintain brand consistency across 51 countries. We chose BrandCloud primarily for its clear organization, availability in all our territories, capacity to store large amounts of data, ease of sharing, and user-friendly interface. Our marketing department handles administration, not IT. We greatly appreciate the flexibility of the BrandCloud team, whether it’s training on new tools or collaborating on development. The newly developed cloud e-shop is also a huge asset, allowing colleagues both at headquarters and abroad to order promotional items. The system even includes partial inventory tracking, which significantly simplifies our work. We also use BrandCloud extensively for collaborating with suppliers and partners, where we can easily share, comment on, or approve content, keeping everything fully under control. BrandCloud is an invaluable tool, and we can’t imagine our successful export operations without it!
