Before using BrandCloud, we sent the required logos and photos to all journalists individually. It cost us a lot of time and effort until we started doing it differently - we embedded a link to our public section of BrandCloud where we have a Media kit with brand manual, videos, photos, etc. Thanks to BrandCloud, journalists and partners no longer have to write or call us. The folder for journalists and partners is visited by 4,000 people a year and nobody calls us anymore. We used to have 25 marketing requests a week, and the average request took us 30 minutes.
