Customising folder thumbnails

Each folder is automatically assigned a preview when it is created, which depends on the repository settings. By default, the folder preview is as follows.

The default folder design can be easily changed in the Settings section, which can be found in the left column of the page. You will immediately be taken to the Branding section, where you can change the default folder tile design by changing the Logo tile.

However, the folder previews can be customised to suit your needs. It's common for folders to be customised in design to match their content.

How to customise a folder preview

1. Find the folder in the structure that you want to customise the preview for.
2. Click the three dots icon located in the lower right corner of the folder tile.
3. Select Edit.
4. You will be taken to a window where you can edit the folder. Here you can upload your own preview design in the Preview section.
5. Immediately after saving with the Save button, you will see your preview on that folder in the tile structure.

💡 The thumbnail format must be at least 500x500 pixels.
