Teams

Edit All / View All

By default, you can add individual users to the Edit All and View All teams. These teams have specific non-configurable accesses and affect what members of those teams can do.

Edit All

Members of this team can edit all the repository structure and manage the content in Overviews.

They have no influence on the structure of users and teams, cannot reconfigure anything in the Settings section, and have no access to the Data storage and Trash bin sections.

They can share content both by email and by link.

View All

Members of this team can just view all the repository structure and basically manage Overviews.

They have no influence on the structure of users and teams, cannot reconfigure anything in the Settings section, and do not have access to the Data storage and Trash bin sections.

They can share content both by email and by link.

đź’ˇ If you set a user to be an administrator, the team they are a member of will no longer be influential. This is because the administrator has access to manage the entire BrandCloud and all the sections that are in the platform.

đź’ˇ While you don't need to set access to specific content for the default Edit All and View All teams, you do for custom teams. The advantage of custom teams is that you can set specific types of access only to the content you specify.
