Editing a user profile

Each user can basically customise their user profile. You can do this by clicking the profile icon with your initials in the top right corner of the platform.

Why have your profile set up correctly

A properly set up user profile helps all users of the repository to be oriented. Especially when you as a user are managing, approving, commenting, etc. on content, it is essential to have a properly set up profile so that everyone knows who they are interacting with on the platform.

What you can edit in your profile

1. First and last name
2. Phone number
3. Password
4. Preferred language and for sharing

‼️ E-mail is immutable because it is the main indicator of each user. It is therefore important to be careful when setting up a profile or to create a new profile if you change your e-mail address.

• All changes must be confirmed by clicking the Save changes button.
• The phone number is a mandatory entry due to the two-factor authentication when logging into the platform.
