Managing content

Tagging

Tagging (or labelling) is a feature that allows you to structure content and make it easier to find in the structure. By adding one or more tags to any uploaded content, you can divide the content into groups, and then filter your search based on those groups to find content only from that category.

How to tag on a smartpage

1. In edit mode, select all the files you want to tag equally.

2. In the right column, go to Edit Tags.

3. To add new tags, select Add and type the tags you want. To overwrite existing tags or delete them, make the change under the Replace tab.

4. Save the changes with the Save button.

How to tag in the data storage

In the data storage, you can either tag in the same way (by selecting files and then tagging them) or you can tag directly in the file.

You can select required files and click in the right column of the page to edit the tags.
