Supported file formats

You can upload any file formats you need to BrandCloud. Most formats can be viewed directly in BrandCloud or edited right in the platform (e.g. PDF).

You can upload and save all file types to the platform and preview almost any format, e.g.:

Generating thumbnails

Videos may take a little longer to generate their thumbnails. This depends mainly on the size of the file being uploaded, which affects the speed of preview generation and also the upload itself.

If you happen to upload a format that BrandCloud cannot generate a preview for, at least an alternative preview will be generated with the file type label. In this case, you must download the file to your device to view it.

Play and edit files directly in the platform

PDF, DOCX, PPTX,...

For these files, you can not only view the files, but you are also allowed to edit them directly in the platform. You can draw, sign, insert an image, stamp or link, notes and messages, lines, and last but not least print and search for expressions in the text of the file.

MP4, AVI, MOV,...

For each video embedded in the platform, a preview is generated and you are able to play it directly in the platform without downloading it to your device.

MP3, WAV,...

A preview will be generated for each audio recording inserted into the platform, allowing you to play it directly in the platform without downloading it to your device.
