Forgotten password

In case you have forgotten your password to log in to BrandCloud, don't despair. You can easily reset it in a few minutes.

How to reset your password

1. On the login page, click the Forgotten Password button.

2. You will be redirected to a page where you are asked to fill in the e-mail address linked to your account.

3. Further instructions for changing your password will be sent to your e-mail.

4. The email will contain a Change Password button. After clicking it, you will be redirected to a page where you will enter your new password.

5. After selecting a new password, you will be redirected back to the login page where you will log into the platform with your new password.

‼️ If you don't receive your password reset e-mail within 5 minutes, check that it hasn't fallen into spam.

If you have requested password reset instructions using the steps above but the e-mail has not arrived:

  1. Check your junk or spam folders.
  2. Check if you used the e-mail address associated with your BrandCloud account to request password reset instructions. If you try to reset your password using an e-mail that is not associated with your account, you will not receive the instructions.
  3. If it is a company e-mail, contact your IT department to see if automated emails from BrandCloud are not being held or quarantined on your e-mail server. You can ask them to add the domain sending the e-mail (@brandcloud.pro) to the whitelist.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, let us know by sending an e-mail to info@brandcloud.pro and include any e-mail addresses that may be associated with your account.
