Deleting users
You can delete users one at a time or multiple users at once. You can do this from any team the user is in, or directly from All users.
Complete deletion from the platform
To delete a user, in the All users section, click on the user's listing on its right side and the red Remove user button will unlock in the right column of the page. You will then be asked if you are sure, and clicking Yes will delete the user from the platform.
This will happen even if you remove the user from the only team they are in on the platform.
Removing a user from a specific team
If you want to remove a user from a specific team but want to keep them in at least one other team, do the following:
- In the team structure, find and click the user.
- Remove them from the team(s) you want to remove them from.
- Click Save.
This way you have only removed the user from a specific team(s), but they are still an active user elsewhere in the structure.
If when removing you are sure that the user is also in a team other than the one you are removing them from, you can just mark and remove them with the button in the right column of the page. In case they are no longer a member anywhere else, you will remove them from the entire platform this way.
