How to share content
Content sharing is the most efficient and fastest way to get the content you want to either a BrandCloud user or any external recipient. The platform provides you with two types of sharing, which are sharing by email and sharing using a link.
To whom I can share the content
- To any BrandCloud user with a created account whom you find when you enter the recipient of the sharing.
- The advantage of such a recipient is that they can also handle the content according to their set content management rights in the platform.
- Anyone to whom you provide a link, where it does not matter whether the user has created an account or not.

- Sharing using a link
How to share content by email
1. Select all the content you want to share.
2. In the right column of the page, the Share option will unlock. If you are in the content folder, sharing will be unlocked right away.
3. By default, you will open sharing by email.
4. Fill in the necessary information:
- Subject of the message
- Message to the recipient
- Validity - i.e. how long the sharing will be valid and functional
- Recipient's language - i.e. in which language the email will come to the user and also in which language BrandCloud will be opened after the share is opened
5. Use the Share button to send the content to the opposite party.
How to share content using a link
1. Select all the content you want to share.
2. In the right column of the page, the Share option will unlock.
3. Switch to sharing through a link.
4. Fill in the necessary information:
- Validity - i.e. how long the sharing will be valid and functional
- The name of the sharing, by which you can then identify it in Overviews
- Language of the recipient - i.e. in which language the user will receive the email and in which language BrandCloud will open after opening the share
5. The Share button will generate the link and automatically copy it to your clipboard. This way you can immediately paste it into your messages or wherever you need.
Sharing content in a share list
If you want to share multiple pieces of content at once and don't want to create multiple shares, select any content in the platform and use the Add to share list button in the right column of the page to add it to the bundle you'll be sharing. This way you can collect any amount of content to share from anywhere in the structure and share it all at once.
Sharing through a share list step by step
- Select the content you want to share and use the Add to share list button to prepare it. (Repeat this step as many times as you want until you have all the content to share.)
- Next, click the Share list button to share.
- Here, choose whether you want to share by email or by link and follow the instructions above.
