Data storage
Data storage is where you can find all the uploaded files in your BrandCloud. Not only can you view them all, but you can also edit them directly from the data storage.

How to edit files in data storage
In data storage, you can edit an uploaded file from scratch.
You can edit:
- File name
- File tags
- Replace file → i.e. replace it not only in data storage, but also automatically replace it in the document where it is uploaded
You can learn about the file:
- Its name
- File type/format
- File size
- File tags
- Where it is used → where in the structure you can find it (you can also click there directly from the storage)
- Its history → what versions it was/is in, when it was uploaded,...

Example: editing a file that is in the Trash - does not include the Replace file option → it appears back when you restore the file from the Trash back into the structure
