Phone number authentication

For security reasons, BrandCloud uses two-factor authentication for login.

Two-factor authentication is a security feature that requires two different steps to verify a user's identity.

1. The first step is to enter an email and password.
2. The second step is authentication using a six-digit code that is sent to the phone number associated with the user profile.

This additional step greatly reduces the risk of unauthorized access because even if someone obtains your login credentials, they will not be able to complete the login without the passcode.

‼️ In case you do not receive a SMS with a numeric code, contact your BrandCloud administrator to check the phone number associated with your profile.
