Comments
Commenting is a simple way of communicating internally about the content of a given smartpage. In BrandCloud, any user with a user account can write comments. Commenting can be done on smartpages where comments are enabled.
How to enable comments on a smartpage
- Go to the smartpage where you want to enable comments.
- Switch to edit mode.
- In the right column of the page, you will find the Allow Comments button. Switch it to the enabled position.
- Publish the page.

The moment you publish a page, you will be able to comment on any section / element that is on the smartpage. Just hover over the element you wish to comment on and you will see an icon on the right side of the element.
What are the options for comments in BrandCloud
You can post a comment, reply to a comment, edit your existing comments, and even mark a comment as completed - this is especially useful for collaborative content comments, bug fixes, etc.
